Warehouse handling and carrier handoffs

Warehouse order processing requires 1 to 3 business days before carrier handover. Estimated standard transit timeline ranges from 7 to 15 business days globally depending on the destination port and local postal routing. Every dispatch includes an end-to-end tracking code sent immediately upon departure.

Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery addresses. Address corrections requested after dispatch may incur carrier rerouting delays. For international orders, shipments are subject to destination import customs inspections and applicable local taxes managed directly through the postal carrier.
